(1) cause of failure;

There are 3 reasons for the breakdown of the pump and the leakage of oil in the pump of the loader:

A safety valve is the valve in the card, the system circuit in a closed state, causing the system pressure continues to rise; two is the operator is not required to adjust the safety valve, causing the system pressure is too high; three is the pump body and the pump cover bolts loose, causing leakage of the seams.

(2) investigation method;

The troubleshooting method and specific steps are as follows:

First, disassemble the relief valve in the reversing valve to check if the valve core is stuck. If the delay shall be repaired or replaced with new parts.

Second, check the connection between the pump body and the pump cover is loose. If it is loose, it should be tightened (should be checked and tightened 1 times every 6 months).

Finally, adjust the unloading pressure of the relief valve. The pressure gauge shall be used to check the value of the pressure until the pressure is in accordance with the regulations.
