Preventive measures for virtual faults of construction machinery      

The so-called "virtual electricity", that is, no-load measurement voltage is normal, and after loading will appear pressure loss phenomenon. According to our maintenance experience, the generation of virtual electricity is mostly caused by bad line contact. To avoid this kind of fault, 5 measures should be taken:

First, for the need to protect the electrical components of construction machinery, inspection should observe the sealing of electrical components of the waterproof parts are damaged. For the electrical connections exposed to the outside air, corrosion is often checked. For corroded wire joints, rust removal or replacement of components should be done in time.

The two is to work in the environment of more dust in the construction machinery, often to electrical components for dust treatment, to prevent dust into the interior components.

The three is for the construction work too much vibration of the construction machinery, it is necessary to regularly check the connection of its electrical wiring, to see whether the existence of loose wire connector.

The four is to contactor, circuit breaker and other switch components of the contact should be regularly maintained, so that the components contact surface to maintain flatness.

Five is for oil or equipment maintenance and produce oil pollution, to clean up in time, to prevent oil pollution on the electrical line corrosion.
