Failure analysis of hydraulic grab bucket       

The hydraulic grab of Italy earth company, which is equipped with HC-60 chassis, is mainly used for excavating underground continuous wall. The main faults are as follows: some machines have one or several working devices which are powerless and slow down.

The machine is equipped with a hydraulic pump, a triple gear pump and a third plunger pump. Hydraulic piston pump main pump consists of two parallel, one pump through a distribution valve to the main volume field and sinistral oil; and another pump by two distribution valve respectively, the right to walk side roll field, main field, fast roll cylinder and rotary grab, third volumes of oil field. The first triple gear pump pump to the hydraulic oil radiator fan motor oil pump, second to track stretching cylinder, cylinder, grab grab front rotary motor and rolling machine motor oil, the triple pump to a counterweight lifting cylinder oil. The chassis is a multi-functional chassis, which can be equipped with hydraulic grab or rotary drilling rig. The third plunger pump is mainly used for rotary drilling rig, and only the pilot oil is added to the hydraulic grab bucket. The action of each distribution valve is controlled by pilot oil. The pilot oil is formed by the decompression of the main pump, the third plunger pump and the gear pump through the shuttle valve, and its setting pressure is 3MPa.

According to the working principle of the hydraulic system of the machine, the cause of the failure may be the working pressure of the working device is insufficient, and the lack of working pressure is often caused by leakage of a hydraulic component.
