Hydraulic cylinder traction fault solution

The hydraulic system is the creator of the power transmission of the equipment, and the lack of traction will greatly reduce the power output of the equipment. How to deal with the lack of traction force in the process of hydraulic cylinder operation?

Causes and elimination methods of insufficient tractive force or speed drop in hydraulic cylinder operation:

1. the piston clearance is too large or the sealing device is damaged, resulting in internal leakage. The fitting clearance should be reduced and the sealing parts should be replaced.

2. piston rod bending, causing severe friction. Straightening piston rod.

3. because often use the working stroke of a hydraulic cylinder diameter, caused by bad line (locally with drum), resulting in high and low pressure hydraulic cylinder oil exchange. Repair the inner diameter of hydraulic cylinder by boring and grinding, single piston.

4. cylinder pull, causing internal leakage. Cylinders should be replaced.

5. the piston clearance is too small, the seal is too tight, increase the movement resistance. The fitting clearance should be increased and the tightness of the seal should be adjusted.

6. in the hydraulic cylinder oil temperature rise is too high, viscosity decreased, so that leakage increased; or because of excessive impurities, stuck piston and piston rod. Heat, cooling and other measures should be taken to replace the oil.
