1, which is similar in principle: hydraulic motor and hydraulic pump is reversible, if driven by a motor, the output is the hydraulic (pressure and flow), which is a hydraulic pump; if the input pressure oil output mechanical energy (torque and speed), a hydraulic motor. Therefore, the hydraulic pump is an energy device, and the hydraulic motor is the actuating element;
3. The volumetric efficiency of the hydraulic motor is lower than that of the hydraulic pump;
4, the hydraulic motor in addition to the inlet and outlet, there is a separate leakage of oil; hydraulic pump is generally only inlet and outlet (axial piston pump except), the internal leakage of oil leakage and the inlet port.
Usually, the working speed of the hydraulic pump is higher, and the output speed of the hydraulic motor is low. In addition, the suction port of the gear pump is big, the oil discharge port is small, and the suction and discharge ports of the gear hydraulic motor are the same;
The gear number of the gear motor is more than that of the gear pump; the blade of the vane pump is inclined to be installed, and the blade of the vane motor is installed radially;
The vane of the vane motor depends on the swallow spring of the root to compress it on the stator surface, while the vane of the vane pump is pressed on the stator surface by the pressure oil and the centrifugal force acting on the root.
