Hydraulic system fault diagnosis and maintenance
The piping installation and debugging of the hydraulic system of the debugging walking equipment are usually carried out by the host factory in the factory.
The common practice of large fixed equipment is to pre install the sub assembly, the manufacturer of the sub assembly for partial debugging after delivery, and the overall commissioning is carried out on the user site. It only needs very little maintenance. However, this small amount of maintenance is very important for the trouble free work, because practical experience has proved that up to 80% of the failure and damage is due to pollution, inadequate maintenance and improper selection of oil.
The scope of inspection and maintenance mainly includes the following important aspects:
1. oil temperature: the working temperature of oil temperature depends on many factors, usually between 40 and 90 degrees centigrade. For mineral oil, the recommended maximum temperature is 60. At present, the hydraulic system is generally equipped with a cooler, so as to prevent the hydraulic oil temperature is too high to speed up the aging of the oil, shorten the life of seals and hose, as well as the hydraulic system caused by various failures;
2. liquid level: the liquid level must be checked regularly and the oil is supplied in time;
3. oil samples: oil aging depends on a variety of operating parameters, such as temperature, pressure, pollution and so on. According to the visual observation of oil samples, we can judge the aging of oil, so as to determine whether it can continue to use;
4. filters: filters without clogging indicator are usually replaced every 1~6 months. For filters with clogging indicators, keep monitoring;
5. oil change: usually change oil every 2000 to 4000 hours. However, the most important thing is that the oil temperature should not exceed 70 degrees centigrade;
6. accumulator: only the quasi accumulator is charged with nitrogen;
7.: cooler cooler fouling to be cleaned regularly;
8. adjustment: all pressure control valves, flow control valves, pump regulators and pressure relays, stroke switches, thermal relays and other signal devices, must be regularly checked;
