Further implement the concept of green development and "made in China 2025", focusing on high-end remanufacturing, intelligent remanufacturing and in service remanufacturing, to promote remanufacturing as an important starting point for green development of the internal combustion engine industry.

Continue to implement the "internal combustion engine remanufacturing promotion plan", according to the Electromechanical Products Remanufacturing pilot demonstration work overall deployment, to promote the overall process technology and equipment promotion and other key projects, research and put forward the pilot effect evaluation scheme.
