Inner Mongolia northern heavy car shares ready to carry out leasing business

It is understood that the Inner Mongolia North heavy automobile Limited by Share Ltd (listed Name: Northern shares) intends to increase the scope of business, the new rental business scope, will be defined as: non highway development and manufacture of various types of "Terex" brand (or dual-use industrial) dump truck, and scrapers, loaders, bulldozers, excavators and other engineering machinery and related parts, sales of products and services to provide customer service, product maintenance and spare parts (including overhaul), leasing business, bonded warehouse business (excluding lease original business scope).

The above will be used as a proposal for a vote in the form of on-site voting at the first extraordinary general meeting of shareholders, to be held on Thursday, June 26th, this month (2014).
