Method for eliminating braking lag of ZL40 loader
In the process of using a ZL40 loader, we obviously felt the brake lag when we stepped on the brake pedal, and could not decelerate and stop immediately. As the machine uses gas cylinder oil double pipe caliper brake, so first check the gas path.
Start the engine, found pressure gauge pressure for a long time can not reach the specified value, the understanding, just replace the pressure gauge soon, which precludes the barometric reading is not accurate, so judgment is gas path fault.
Thus, the gas pipeline and the joints were checked, but no leakage phenomenon was found, and the exhaust switch of the gas storage tank was not loosened. Therefore, the possibility of the leakage of the pipeline and the switch was not eliminated. Unscrew the pipe joint air compressor to the oil-water separator, found to have hypertension gas channeling, which precludes the air compressor work may be found when examining the weakness; oil-water separator, safety valve with discharging phenomenon obviously, and a small amount of oil inlet. Because of the oil-water separator safety valve opening pressure is 0.9MPa, and the pressure control valve control system of maximum pressure of not more than 0.7MPa, there are two possibilities: one is the oil-water separator safety valve opening pressure is less than 0.7MPa; the two is to filter clogging oil-water separator. Because the machine factory safety valve has been adjusted and sealed, so exclude the first possibility, the fault is locked in the filter separator jam.
Will remove the oil-water separator, unscrew the wing nut and lock nut from the central catheter removed shell and cartridge; will filter removed from the cartridge after catheter removed from the central shell and cartridge will be removed from the filter cartridge; after that the filter has more oil, jam phenomenon. After the replacement of the new filter, the parts have been cleaned and re installed, the test machine shows that the pressure will soon reach the fixed value, driving in good braking.
