Safety inspection and overhaul of crane pulley       

The normal pulley can be flexibly rotated by hand, and the lateral swing should not exceed DO/1000 (DO is the nominal diameter of the pulley).

The oil and grease on the shaft and the oil hole must be cleaned. Check whether the oil groove on the oil hole and the bearing spacer is aligned.

There are cracks on the pulley, should be scrapped, does not allow the use of welding.

Pulley groove radial wear does not exceed 30% of the diameter of the rope.

The pulley groove wall wear should not exceed 0.25m2, depth of not more than 4mm.

Cleaning the pulley, checking the wear condition of the pulley, replacing the scrap standard in time. The cast steel pulley can be welded and repaired again; if the cast iron pulley is cracked or broken, it is not allowed to be welded and replaced; it should be scrapped and replaced. The oil holes and lubricating grooves of the pulley shaft should be cleaned, and the bearings, spacer sleeves and expander rings should be cleaned before being installed.
