The basic method of excavator maintenance automatic engine idle speed       

This paper is a technical article that introduces the excavator maintenance master to a case of ROBEX335LC-7 engine idling idle maintenance for more than 8500 hours.

Automatic idle fault detection of 2. engine:

1) throttle knob rotating in the maximum speed position.

2) the middle speed of the handle can not be reduced to idle speed.

3) pressure switch inspection

At CN-51 (13), check the resistance of CD-6 (walking pressure switch) in the neutral position: 0 ohms - normal

Detect the resistance at the neutral position of CD-7 (pressure switch) in CN-51 (1)

Trouble shooting of 3. engine automatic idle speed:

Found that the main control valve on the CD-7 (working device pressure switch) plug connection is not inserted, the main control valve on the CD-7 (working device idle pressure switch) re connected, troubleshooting.
