Through field experiments, the status of Xiang Xiang hydraulic component is broken
Field experiments refer to experiments performed at the production site and on hydraulic equipment rather than on an experimental platform. Field experiment is to obtain information about the hydraulic device, and also is a very important way to judge its condition.
The adjustable parameters of the hydraulic system are changed on the equipment, and the change of the relevant parameters is investigated. The hydraulic equipment in the field can be carried out in many ways.
Field test of 1. hydraulic pump condition
1) change the system's adjustment pressure. The output flow of the pump under different load pressure is measured and compared with the normal pressure and flow curve. The wear of the pump is judged. Table 5-3 is a YB-16 type vane pump in different circumstances of the pressure flow data, in which P is the system set pressure, Q1 is the normal state of the output flow, Q2 is the pump in the wear and tear of the output flow. The data in the table show that with the increase of system pressure, the flow rate of the pump after wearing is lower than that of the normal pump.
2) adjust the system pressure. The pressure value and vibration amplitude of the pressure gauge when reading the pressure and vibration are observed and compared with the corresponding values in the normal state, so as to judge the wear of the pump.
3) for variable pumps. Adjust or adjust the screw or handle, change the displacement of the pump, and engrave the mark to measure the change of the flow caused by the change of the variable mechanism under the pressure of a system. Measure the standard values in the normal state, after which can test according to the above method, and compared with the standard, to judge the pump wear.
4) some hydraulic pump leaks leak, can adjust the system pressure. The leakage of the system under different pressure is measured, and the wear of the pump is judged.
Field test of 2. relief valve
The pressure relief handwheel of the rotary overflow valve can bring out different system pressures. In the field experiment, a system pressure can be brought up and marked on the handwheel to align with a point on the valve body (marked on this point). According to the different pressure way out different position values out of hand, as the standard value, as the days after the judgment basis for relief valve wear. When the overflow valve wears or other problems occur in the system, the pressure in the same handwheel adjustment position decreases.
Field test of 3. proportional valve
The proportional relief valve, proportional flow valve and proportional directional valve through the digital device or keyboard input signals, driving proportional solenoid, and then control the hydraulic system pressure and flow rate and flow direction control valve and electrical signal is adjusted proportional to volume. When the proportional valve is worn, mixed human pollutants or other problems, the valve will be transferred out of the pressure and flow will be on the high track. Check the proportional valve digital controller, a control voltage, adjust the pressure (flow) relationship changes, can determine the status of hydraulic equipment. Table 5-4 is the data measured in a normal state of a relief valve.
4. change the load and observe the field test of the speed (speed) of the actuator
Change the load on the hydraulic system, observe the speed of the actuator (speed), and judge the speed of the hydraulic system, the change of the negative stiffness and the wear of the parts concerned.
