Fault phenomenon:

TITAN423 paver normal laying operation suddenly stop, check fuse F5 burn, replace F5, push forward handle F5 is burned again.

Analysis of the cause of the fault, the fuse is the biggest cause of a partial short-circuit circuit, may short-circuit the circuit:

(1) the relay K22 coil is short circuited

(2) short circuit after K23~87a

(3) short circuit after K23~87

(4) stop brake solenoid valve, Y10 coil is short circuited

Fault check:

(1) change relay K22, found that K22 no fault, ABG paver most of the relays are of the same type, can be interchanged.

(2) S70 (closed emergency switch, driving speed, steering respectively by R25, R27 computer control, walking after K23~87a line is part of the circuit does not work), at this time, to promote walking handle F5 still burned, K23~87a can be judged after the line is not short.

(3) check the solenoid valve Y10, and find that the coil resistance is zero, then its coil is short circuited. If the solenoid valve is not fault, then the line is only K23~87 after the short circuit.
