The power part of the 20 meters self propelled straight arm aerial work platform is mainly supplied by hydraulic system. The hydraulic system of the whole vehicle is divided into platform work system, telescopic and leveling arm hydraulic system, luffing system, table slewing system, car running hydraulic system, steering and body floating hydraulic system. When the aerial work platform is working, the main energy consumption of the hydraulic system is in the upper platform hydraulic system and the working platform slewing system. The aerial work platform is the use of electro-hydraulic control technology, through the CAN bus to control and proportional directional control valve with intelligent auxiliary control system of PLC opening direction and open, to ensure the stability and safety of the aerial platform vehicle.
Transport to the hydraulic system to 20 meters straight arm type aerial work platform can be divided into open system and closed system, the walking system is a closed system; braking, floating, high speed quantitative gear pump adopts the 13.9cm3/rad bus; hydraulic system (amplitude, rotation, stretching, leveling and work platform turn off) and tire steering gear pump is open system quantitatively by use of 20cm3/rad. At the same time, the model of aerial work platform with 2.5cm3/rad displacement of the emergency unit, when the main pump can not work normally through the emergency unit to provide power to ensure the decline of small displacement working platform, to ensure the safety of operating personnel landing.
The walking system of high altitude working platform adopts variable pump closed hydraulic circuit, and two variable motors are driven by variable pump to realize walking function. The oil port and the motor oil port of the variable pump are connected through the hydraulic oil pipe and the transfer mechanism (all the access tubing and the access oil pipe are connected through the mechanism, so as to avoid the connection of the tubing bending caused by the rotating of the worktable). The hydraulic oil flows out from the outlet of the variable pump and returns to the suction port of the variable pump through the variable motor, thus forming a closed loop. Oil is reversible variable motor by changing the variable pump swashplate angle and direction change of variable pump, while changing the variable pump swashplate angle to control the angle of the variable motor speed reaches the tire running stepless speed change. The closed hydraulic system has the advantages of simple structure, hydraulic oil line connection is less, thereby reducing the probability of occurrence of leakage and fault; no effect of reversing valve, no throttle loss, high energy utilization rate, and stable transmission, hydraulic shock and energy loss.
