1, ABS combination valve leakage

If the control pipeline does not leak, it is proved that the ABS regulator leaks and replace the regulator.

2. Gap code fault

In vehicle maintenance or operation process, may cause sensor gap, semi trailer ABS controller failure memory function, in order to better the fault judgment, when the same sensor gap fault memory more than 8 times the light lit, this is a need to eliminate the fault code, namely unplug the wheel sensor faults, open good point switch, the sensor fault will flash, turn off the ignition switch, plug in sensor, open the ignition switch, indicator light shows normal, successful consumer code. If only the ISO1185 power supply, to find the wheel clearance fault, can in the vehicle, a touch on the brakes (to ABS power supply system), judgment is a problem that the wheel sensor gap through the indicator, and adjust.


  

3. Slow braking return

When the control line relay emergency valve in brake or loose hand brake has poor exhaust, will cause the brake back slowly, causing drag brake, this phenomenon is generally the whole brake system has slow return. If the brake system has a single back position slow, that is, the same side of the vehicle wheel, brake back slow, generally ABS regulator problems, need to replace the regulator. If the air pressure of the partial storage tank of the semi trailer is insufficient, the spring brake air chamber can not be opened, resulting in dragging brake. Also, there is little water in the cooling water tank. When the gas switch is opened to cool the wheel, the pressure in the gas tank of the semi trailer will drop rapidly, causing the spring brake chamber to work and drag the brake.

4, hand brake ABS valve leakage

When the hand brake when the ABS valve exhaust leak, but the foot brake ABS valve does not leak, but the work principle of semi trailer and the hand brake is the same, which shows that the braking system of semi trailer is part of the no fault, should check whether the driver brake valve leakage or traction leakage phenomenon.

5, sensor judgment error

Because some manufacturers at the time of installation, will take the wrong line sensor (due to semi trailer system is chosen, then the wrong does not affect the use of performance, so in) must check the fault from the ECU sensor interface (1, 2, 3 above, 4 of four numbers, including "1" corresponds to an the left side of the front axle mounted sensor sensor, "2" corresponds to the installation of the front axle on the right side of the sensor sensor, "3" corresponding to the installation end of the left axle sensor sensor "4" corresponds to the installation end of the left axle sensor sensor. To find fault, we must extend the line to find the corresponding sensors along the wheel, or the wrong person, must pay attention to this point!
