Screed suspension

In general, the use of Paver Screed suspension model. In other words, the process of paving screed lift cylinder is free to lift state.

Ironing aid

If the bearing capacity of paving material is too low, even if the paving elevation is increased, the height of screed still cannot reach the expected value. At this time, the ironing assistant function is opened, and the pressure on the left and the lower sides of the hydraulic cylinder is independently provided. The pressure can offset part of the weight of the ironing plate and make the ironing plate reach the ideal value.

Note: the prohibition of the use of this function in the stalls shop wearing layer!

Screed climbing

The screed locking is a temporary locking action performed by the paver under the suspended mode of the screed and before the beginning of walking. At this point, approximately 30bar pressure acts on the piston end of the screed lift cylinder, thereby avoiding the paving bumps caused by the lifting of the screed when the work is restarted.
