XCMG "lifting expert of shield" realizes perfect hoisting

In May 3, 2016, XCMG XGC260 crawler crane successfully completed the first shield section of Xuzhou first through line shield machine in Xuzhou Metro Line 1 apricot hill station, so that the shield machine completed the lifting of all components.

It is understood that the front shield is the most important part of the shield machine, with a total weight of 120 tons. The XGC260 used a special shield hoisting hook, operation. The main hook is responsible for lifting the main body, with the auxiliary hook to achieve the front shield flip, the whole process only takes 30 minutes. In the past, at least two cranes are needed to carry out the operation, and the efficiency is low, the cost is high, and the safety risk is high.

It is learnt that the shield machine will be transferred to the left line of the through line, and will be carried out by XCMG XGC260 hoisting and sinking well task.
