Mechanical engineering of milling roller

Analysis of the drawback of the product of the support wheel

1. a lot of steel marks have not reached the standard, and the heat treatment process is not very good.

The reduction of wheel diameter reduces the speed of the wheel line and the more friction the axle sleeve bears.

But if the sealing ring is not good, it will cause oil leakage easily, so that the shaft and bushing are easy to wear under the condition of no lubrication, resulting in the product can not be used.

There are several reasons for the leakage of oil.

1 unqualified floating oil seal

2. product axle bushing is not round

3. shafts are not gloss enough

4. gear oil is not up to standard

5. the machining dimension tolerance and so on will cause the oil leakage of the support wheel.
