How to control the conveyor belt of RP952 asphalt paver     

Please switch on the reset switch before asphalt paver operation.

The left and right conveyor belts can only be operated when paving, and the console is equipped with two switches to drive the left and right side clinker belt. These switches can be scheduled for 3 different positions.

Position 0: clinker band at rest.

Position 1: the conveyor belt is in the manual working state, the "open" and "stop" of the feeding material will not be controlled by the switch, and the speed of the feeding is adjusted by the speed regulating valve on both sides of the machine body. The switch position adapts to the corresponding paving condition.

Position II: the feeding belt is in the automatic working state. In this position, the speed of the feeding belt is controlled by ultrasonic sensors to detect the change of the material to "open" and "stop", and its role to ensure the amount of paving materials in the delivery tank." "Automatic" position, through the main switch to control the conveyor belt "open" and "stop"".
