China (Baotou) the first International Equipment Manufacturing Exposition grand opening      

In July 17, 2014, the first International Equipment Manufacturing Exposition of China (Baotou) was grandly opened in Inner Mongolia Baotou International Convention and Exhibition center. The Expo takes "innovation, science and technology, exchanges and cooperation, industrial upgrading" as the theme, the day of the exhibition attracted 324 exhibitors at home and abroad.

The exhibition, which is sponsored by the people's Government of Inner Mongolia, Baotou, will continue for 4 days. During the period, the Forum on investment and development of China's equipment manufacturing industry, the world equipment manufacturing industry development trend forum and China's rail transportation and mining equipment experts symposium will be held.

The Expo will discuss and display the latest development of the domestic equipment manufacturing industry and the world equipment manufacturing industry. It is reported that this exhibition area of 32000 square meters, exhibition area, energy technology equipment, engineering machinery and special vehicles exhibition, industrial automation exhibition, general equipment exhibition, machine tool and nonferrous metal area, power transmission and control technology exhibition 7 exhibition area is divided into the equipment manufacturing industry, a total of 324 exhibitors, including from overseas enterprises and purchasing groups of more than 50. The exhibition attracted 24 national professionals, more than 9000 professional audience to participate in the expo.

According to organizers, at present, the equipment manufacturing industry China coincides with the transition stage of development, many companies began to seek new development space, this is the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and Baotou city to undertake industrial transfer, the introduction of advanced technology, complete industrial upgrading, forming the core competitiveness of a platform. Baotou is an important basic industrial base in China, with a strong industrial foundation. After years of development, heavy equipment, wind power equipment, railway equipment, mechanical and electrical equipment, petroleum equipment, engineering equipment and other industrial clusters have been formed.
