The first-order chain transmission mechanism consists of sprockets connected with the extended shaft of the reducer, sprockets on the outer side of the driving shaft and chains. On the premise of satisfying the transmission speed and power, not only the structure of chain drive is compact, but also the eccentricity of the upper and lower sprockets is required to avoid excessive sag affecting the correct meshing between sprockets and chains. In addition, in order to avoid material pollution, it is necessary to install a chain guard outside the primary chain drive mechanism.
The secondary chain drive consists of inner sprocket of driving shaft, sprocket of guiding shaft and conveying chain. The inner sprocket of rear drive shaft usually adopts 9 teeth sprocket. Because the number of sprocket teeth is small, in order to ensure smooth meshing, chamfering of tooth groove should be machined in sprocket. Front-end guide shaft sprocket mainly plays a guiding and tensioning role. Toothless roller wheel is often used. It not only has the advantages of simple processing, no meshing movement and long service life, but also the pitch circle size does not need to be designed according to the standard of toothed sprocket. There are transverse attachment plates on both sides of the conveying chain. The transverse attachment plates on both sides of the conveying chain are connected with the conveying scraper. The conveying chain drives the conveying scraper to move and then drives the mixture on the conveying bottom plate to drive back.
