How to do periodic technical maintenance of paver?
Answer: (1) Technical maintenance after 50 hours running-in
Before putting into use, the paver should be put into trial operation for 50 hours, otherwise it may not be put into use. Running-in operation for 50 hours shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of the engine operating instructions. After the trial run-in, technical maintenance shall be carried out according to the following contents:
(1) Replacement of diesel engine oil: exhaust the old oil when the engine is heated, and then inject the new oil; after short-term operation, immediately check whether the oil level is at the specified height.
(2) Replace the lubricating oil of the transmission box and all reducers (including walking, distributing and feeding reducers); exhaust the old lubricating oil when the engine is heated, and then inject the new lubricating oil.
(3) Change the filter element of oil filter.
(4) Change the filter element of diesel fine filter.
(5) Check whether the hydraulic oil has reached the required quantity.
Check engine coolant level, if insufficient, should be added to the prescribed quantity.
Check nozzles, connecting pipes, gas tanks and switches of heating system.
_Check whether there are cracks in rubber track board. If the crack length is longer than 50mm, it must be replaced.
_Check whether there is leakage in each hydraulic system, and if so, remove it.
_The filter element of air filter must be cleaned once for every 50 hours of diesel engine operation.
Check whether there are cracks in the blades of the screw distributor, and if so, replace them.
Check whether the automatic leveling device is normal.
Check whether there is leakage in each cylinder, and if so, it should be excluded.
(2) Technical Maintenance Content for 100 hours per Work
(1) All items of daily technical maintenance.
(2) Maintenance should be carried out according to the technical maintenance items of 100h in the diesel engine operation instructions.
(3) Technical maintenance for 200 hours per job
(1) Repeat the technical maintenance content for 100 hours.
(2) Maintenance shall be carried out according to the technical maintenance items of 200 hours in the diesel engine operation instructions.
(4) Technical Maintenance Contents for 500 hours per Work
(1) Repeat all items in 200 h technical maintenance.
(2) Maintenance shall be carried out according to the technical maintenance items of 200 hours in the diesel engine operation instructions.
(3) Check whether there are cracks in the welds of frame, oil tank and other important parts, and whether the track beam is deformed. If so, it should be settled.
(4) Check whether the electrical circuits of the operating switches and monitoring devices are normal or not, and repair them immediately if they are damaged.
_Check the wear condition of the dividing device.
(5) Check the basic condition of the battery, such as the oxidation of the two poles.
(5) Technical maintenance for 1000 hours per work
(1) Repeat the contents of technical maintenance for 200 hours.
(2) Maintenance shall be carried out according to the technical maintenance items of 200 hours in the diesel engine operation instructions.
(3) Replace the filter element of hydraulic oil filter.
Change diesel engine oil.
In addition to the periodic technical maintenance described above, a comprehensive inspection and maintenance of the paver should be carried out every winter, and the lubricants of reducers and transmission boxes should be replaced if necessary.
