Answer: The ironing plate of each type of paver has a basic width, that is, the minimum width. At this time, the combination principle is that the pavement longitudinal joints under the combination width are the least, and the remaining last pavement is slightly larger than the basic width of the ironing plate. 2. How to maintain the hydraulic system in the use of paver?
Answer: In the use of paver, good maintenance of hydraulic system can greatly reduce the failure. In general, attention should be paid to the use of clean containers before adding hydraulic oil to the tank, and the hydraulic oil must be filtered through the filter and then added to the hydraulic oil tank; the replacement cycle of hydraulic oil depends on the quality of the oil used (generally 1000 hours to replace once); the replacement of hydraulic oil should be carried out at working temperature.
3. How to do the daily technical maintenance of paver?
Answer: (1) Clean paver: remove the accumulated mud, clay and asphalt on the surface of paver; remove dust and grease on the surface of engine, hydraulic components and other components. Be careful not to get dirt into the filling ports and air filters. (2) Check the nozzles, connecting pipes, gas tanks and switches of the heating system.
