6. What should we pay attention to when combining the width of the ironing plate?
Answer: When combined ironing plate width, it should also take into account that the longitudinal joint is best located on the longitudinal marking line of the road surface, and try not to set it in the middle of the main lane. When widening the ironing plate, the principle of symmetry should also be obeyed, that is, the combined ironing plate should be as symmetrical as possible to the longitudinal axis of the paver. 8. Introduction to ironing device of paver?
The ironing device is the most important and complex working part of the paver. It cooperates with the main machine to complete the paving operation. Its function is to compact and ironing the hot paving material which is transported to the full width of the paving room. The splicing and adjustment of the ironing plate directly affects the paving quality. The ironing device consists of frame, rammer shaft, vibration shaft, heating system, ironing plate, arch adjusting device and covering parts. Hydraulic telescopic ironing plate also has telescopic cylinder and guide cylinder to change paving width. The rammer tampers the paving material to ensure the paving compactness. The paving is ironed flat by an ironing plate. Vibration shaft makes the whole ironing device vibrate slightly to improve the ironing effect. The heating system heats the ironing plate to prevent it from sticking to asphalt. The arch adjusting device adjusts the spreading camber. The rammer shaft is divided into single row and double row. The single row is simple and the double row has high compactness.
