3. The reason why hydraulic cylinder can't be lifted?
Answer: First of all, we need to determine whether the cylinder that can not be lifted has oil in and out (according to the methods of listening to sound, observing pressure and removing the tubing when necessary) whether its pressure can meet the requirements of your load condition. If the amount of oil in and out is large and the pressure is very low, the dynamic seal ring of the piston in the cylinder is broken.
