1. How to maintain the hydraulic system?

Answer: (1) Hydraulic oil should be packed in clean containers before it is added to the hydraulic tank. Hydraulic oil must be filtered by the filter and then added to the hydraulic tank. The replacement cycle of hydraulic oil depends on the quality of the oil used (generally 1000 hours replacement); the replacement of hydraulic oil should be carried out at working temperature in order to ensure good heat dissipation of the hydraulic system, and the hydraulic oil radiator should also be cleaned regularly. (2) Because the construction environment of asphalt paver is generally harsh, the replacement cycle of hydraulic oil filter element should be shortened (generally 750 hours is appropriate). When replacing new filter element, it should be checked. It is strictly prohibited to use deformed, polluted or rusted filter element. (3) When starting the engine every day, it should idle for a period of time before operating the executive components, which is conducive to the use of hydraulic pumps. (4) Because of long-term use, the hydraulic system parameters of paver sometimes change. Therefore, the parameters of hydraulic system should be checked regularly and adjusted in time.

2. How to do a good job of daily technical maintenance?

Answer: (1) Clean paver: remove the accumulated mud, clay and asphalt on the surface of paver; remove dust and grease on the surface of engine, hydraulic components and other components. Be careful not to get dirt into the filling ports and air filters. (2) Check the nozzles, connecting pipes, gas tanks and switches of the heating system. (3) Check the connection and tightening of all parts of the paver, especially whether the connecting bolts of the left and right track beams and frame, ironing plate, dividing device and scraper conveyor are loose or broken, and tighten or replace them when necessary. (4) Check and exclude the leakage of various parts. (5) Check the quantity of engine oil, fuel oil, coolant and hydraulic oil, and add new oil to the oil mark as required. (6) Check whether the grease in the centralized lubrication device is adequate. (7) Check whether there are cracks in the blades of the screw distributor, and if so, replace them. (8) Check whether the electrical plugs are loosened or not.

3. How to do a good job of periodic technical maintenance?

Answer: (1) Technical maintenance after 50 hours of running-in: (1) Replacement of diesel engine oil: exhaust the old oil when the engine is heated, and then inject new oil; after short-term operation, immediately check whether the oil level is at the specified height. (2) Replace the lubricating oil of the transmission box and all reducers (including walking, distributing and feeding reducers); exhaust the old lubricating oil when the engine is heated, and then inject the new lubricating oil. (3) Change the filter element of oil filter. (4) Change the filter element of diesel fine filter. (5) Check whether the hydraulic oil has reached the required quantity. Check engine coolant level, if insufficient, should be added to the prescribed quantity_Check the nozzle, connecting pipe, gas tank and switches of heating system. _Check whether there are cracks in rubber track board. If the crack length is longer than 50mm, it must be replaced. _Check whether there is leakage in each hydraulic system, and if so, remove it. _The filter element of air filter must be cleaned once for every 50 hours of diesel engine operation. Check whether there are cracks in the blades of the screw distributor, and if so, replace them. Check whether the automatic leveling device is normal. Check whether there is leakage in each cylinder, and if so, it should be excluded. In addition to the periodic technical maintenance described above, a comprehensive inspection and maintenance of the paver should be carried out every winter, and the lubricants of reducers and transmission boxes should be replaced if necessary.
