It is emphasized here how to combine the width of the ironing plate when the width of the pavement is larger than the maximum width of the widened ironing plate when the ironing plate with single layer is used and operated on a single machine. 4. How to do the daily technical maintenance of paver?
Answer: (1) Clean paver: remove the accumulated mud, clay and asphalt on the surface of paver; remove dust and grease on the surface of engine, hydraulic components and other components. Be careful not to get dirt into the filling ports and air filters. (2) Check the nozzles, connecting pipes, gas tanks and switches of the heating system. (3) Check the connection and tightening of all parts of the paver, especially whether the connecting bolts of the left and right track beams and frame, ironing plate, dividing device and scraper conveyor are loose or broken, and tighten or replace them when necessary. (4) Check and exclude the leakage of various parts. (5) Check the quantity of engine oil, fuel oil, coolant and hydraulic oil, and add new oil to the oil mark as required. (6) Check whether the grease in the centralized lubrication device is adequate. (7) Check whether there are cracks in the blades of the screw distributor, and if so, replace them. (8) Check whether the electrical plugs are loosened or not.
5. How to do periodic technical maintenance for paver?
Answer: Before the technical maintenance content is put into use after 50 hours of running-in, the paver should be put into trial operation for 50 hours, otherwise it can not be put into use. Running-in operation for 50 hours shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of the engine operating instructions. After the trial run-in, technical maintenance should be carried out according to the following contents: (1) Replacement of diesel engine oil: exhausting old oil when the engine is heated, and then injecting new oil; after short-term operation, immediately check whether the oil level is at the specified height. (2) Replace the lubricating oil of the transmission box and all reducers (including walking, distributing and feeding reducers); exhaust the old lubricating oil when the engine is heated, and then inject the new lubricating oil. (3) Change the filter element of oil filter. (4) Change the filter element of diesel fine filter. (5) Check whether the hydraulic oil has reached the required quantity.
